Can I get a refund if I don't like it?

Subscriptions for Alfred Premium may be refunded only if requested within the refund period specified below in this policy. We also do not refund for the partially used periods. Please see below for refund policies:

Refund Policy 

✔️Premium Plan (Monthly/Yearly) 

  • A refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase 

  • Refunds are required by law in the country/jurisdiction of purchase

Request a refund from Alfred 

Please request a refund via the in-app "Contact Us" channel, and Alfred's support team will review your claim to determine if you are eligible for a refund. Please be sure to include your Alfred account and the order number of the subscription. If you have trouble logging in to the app to request a refund, please submit a Refund Request Form instead. 

⚠️ If you subscribed through the App Store, Alfred could not refund you according to Apple's policy. Instead, please request a refund from the App Store directly.

Request a refund from Play Store/ App Store/ PayPal

You may also ask for a refund directly from the platform you purchased Alfred’s subscription from:

  • Google Play
    If you subscribed using your Google Play Store account, you may request a refund directly from Google within 48 hours of purchase. Please follow the instructions in Request a refund for a Google Play purchase.

  • App Store
    If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Alfred. To request a refund, please follow the instructions to cancel a subscription from Apple or directly contact Apple Support.

  • PayPal
    If you subscribed using PayPal directly, you may request a refund by following the instructions in the Resolution Center

⚠️ Note: If you subscribed using PayPal guest checkout, please request a refund via the in-app "Report an Issue channel", and Alfred's support team will review your claim to determine if you are eligible for a refund. If you have trouble logging in to the app to request a refund, please submit a Refund Request Form instead.
