CPU or memory overload in Safire Smart Software

The indication in the Safire Smart VMS software of “CPU or memory overload” appears when X percentage of the PC's resources is exceeded, which causes the cameras' visualization to not be able to be opened, the most consumed programs are Chrome and Teams:

In the software, in the following section, you can see which percentage of resources cannot be exceeded, by default it is set at 85%:

When the overload message appears, if the above percentage is being exceeded, the cameras cannot be viewed, but by closing processes and lowering the percentage, the software will allow the cameras to be opened:

If the overload fault continues to occur, then the following section should be reviewed and changed to the “Soft Decode” option:
