If you have previously configured this device, use the same username/email or phone number and password to log in and view your device, if you have not previously configured the device, contact the original owner and advise them to remove the device from their EZVIZ account before they can complete that configuration.

For security reasons, EZVIZ does not allow a device to be added to two accounts, nor does it allow devices to be unlinked from accounts. The user must remove the device from the old account before attempting to add it to a new account
