One camera needs about 2-3M bandwidth on the router to upload the video to the Internet so that phone or computer view.

When the phone is using the 3G or 4G network to connect the system, one camera needs 30-70kb/s in substream.

When the phone is using wifi to connect the system, one camera needs about 200-500kb/s in the mainstream.
