How to troubleshoot when there is fiber issue for switch?

1. If SFP match Fiber?
    Ex: Single mode with Single mode, Multi mode with Multi mode.

2. Whether double side of fiber connect with switch?
    If only one side connect to switch, LED of switch won't turn on.

3. Whether network speed of double side match?
    If one side is 1000Mbp/s and the other side is 100Mbp/s, they won't connect.
