I tried to connect AW-IHT-0501 to the AW-GEV-264A-370 with fiber but fail, the LED on the switch port was not even lit,what could be the problem?
ANSWER
1. Change the fiber port settings on AW-GEV-264A-370 to "100-FX_AMS" or "100-FX"
2. Make sure the SFP module on AW-GEV-264A-370 is dual stream and 1310nm
3. Make sure you are connecting with is dual stream fiber cable
