Loading users from FACE-TEMP SVMS2000 software

Once the users have been uploaded to the software or created on it, we will have to follow these steps to create a template and be able to upload the same set of users to other terminals.

• We export the image captures of the users in the folder we want.

As indicated before, with this we downloaded the images of the users

• The next step is to download the Excel file where we'll have to fill in the fields with the users' data. The exported Excel file has some default users as an example:

• We will edit the Excel file indicating the name and data of the users. Take special care and attention in the column Picture Name, in which you have to put exactly the name that is indicated in the capture that we have downloaded previously:

• We load the edited Excel file with our users into the software:

• We load the folder where we have the captures made by our users (that's why it's important the step where we indicate in the Excel the name that each capture has, because this way it's equivalent to specify which is the photo of each user)

• We indicate the expiration dates of the users as well as the terminals we want to load them on, and finally we import them:
