MIPC-What to do if you forgot the password of the camera?

The default password of the camera is “admin”.

If you forgot the new password you had created, or you cannot log in with the default password “admin”, please reset your camera to restore the password to its default.

Please long-press the RESET button on the camera’s back for 15 to 30 seconds until you hear a voice "Restore to factory settings". Then the IR LEDs will be turned on. Please wait about 15 seconds until they are off. Later the camera will send out a sound of waterdrop, which means the camera was reset successfully and the password has been restored to its default.
