Depending on the ONVIF IP camera model, the compatibility with each NVR is different.
The IPCV229-2OI, IPCV229-3OI, IPCV246-3OI, IPDM241-3OI, and IPDM255-3OI cameras are compatible with X-Security, Safire, and Hikvision NVRs via ONVIF protocol.
They also allow the use of motion detection if it is activated directly on the IP camera, as well as on the recorder.
The IPDM121-2I, IPDM255-3I, IPCV229-2I and IPCV245-P3I cameras are compatible with X-Security NVRs using ONVIF protocol.

In Safire and Hivision's NVRs they are supported by the ONVIF protocol, but do not currently allow the use of motion detection.
