NVR and camera IP
To set up Audio recording on Safire Smart NVRs, the first thing is to confirm that the IP camera has a microphone or audio input and that it is properly enabled and heard on the camera itself.

If it is heard in the web interface of the camera, it will also be heard in the recorder, once the camera has been added.

It is important to check that the audio configuration is enabled in both the continuous recording and event recording sections.
If continuous recording is enabled and the calendar recording option is removed, the audio will not be recorded even if audio recording is selected in the event section.
It is recommended to enable audio recording in both continuous recording and event recording.
- Enable audio in both "Event recording settings" and "Scheduled recording settings".

XVR analogic and camera tvi
In case of an analog recorder and a camera with coaxial audio, the recording configuration for both the "Event recording Settings" calendar and "Schedule Recording Settings" would be the same

And there is one more step to perform, which is to enable coaxial audio. In Camera --> Camera Signal.
