Safire Smart - Frimware Upgrade IP camera

Go to the product page of the device on the Visiotech product page.

A. Go lower on the product page and click on Downloads

B. Then in the block Firmware, click on the green icon to download the firmware

Save the file and do not change the file format.

A. Open the config page of the camera via the Internet Explorer MS Edge

B. Via Maintenance > Upgrade 

C. Select Choose File 

D. Then go to the folder of the upgrade ****.TAR upgrade file (zip file) (again, do not use the unzip file)

E. Then Open

F. Then Upgrade 

G. Enter the admin password of the camera

H. When ready click OK

I. Wait for the file to be loaded 

J. The camera will reboot when it is done with the firmware upgrade.

Confirm the Privacy Statement 

And login again with the user-name and password

Check if the upgrade has been done correctly 

A. Open the Config tab

B. System > Basic information 

C. Firmware / Software Version and Build date.
