Safire Smart - Time issues with IPC on NVR

When having issue with the OSD time from a Safire Smart IPC connected to another brand NVR.

Check list.

1. Set the correct Daylight Saving Time settings, offset time to 60 minutes (like in the most European countries.

2. Add an Onvif user and set the user type to normal user.

After this is done and the system is reconnected to the NVR or rebooted, the time zone will be back to Auto DST this is normal the most important part is that the Offset Time stays on 60 Minutes.
