Uniview UV-OTC-513 relay output activation

The UV-OTC-513 device has a relay output with NO/NC/COM terminals.
This output can be configured to activate when the temperature read is correct, incorrect, or both. To do this the first thing to do is to update the equipment to a version B2102.1.17.C00301.200722 or higher (remember that it is convenient to return the equipment to factory parameters after updating it).
