How to disable blue motion cells, grid, and person Icon in VAST2 camera view?

Answer

Videos in VAST 2 display blue motion cells when motion occurs, a grid icon with a person, and/or a box around people moving. This is the interface for our 'Smart Motion' feature, which can be disabled in VAST 2 as follows:

Step 1. Right-click on a camera cell.

Step 2. Choose 'Display Information' and then 'Edit Display Information'.
Step 3. Deselect all options under the last line. The more commonly deselected options specifically include:

• Rules: Boxes around areas where rules are applied.
• Motion Cells: The blue cells that appear when motion is detected.
• Tracking Block: A block around moving people.
• People Detection Area: A grid with a person icon.

You can also select 'Apply to All View Cells' to apply these changes to all video cells."
