[VORTEX] How to configure MFA for my VORTEX account?

Please download an authentication app (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.) on your mobile phone in advance.

Configuration steps on VORTEX portal

1. Navigate to My account > Multi-factor authentication.  
2. Turn on Set up MFA.
   
3. Enter your VORTEX account password.
   
4. The MFA configuration dialog box, including an QR code will be displayed.
   
5. Using your authentication app on your mobile phone to scan the QR code in the dialog box.
6. A 6-digit code will be generated on the authentication app.
7. Enter the code in the MFA configuration dialog box and click confirm.
   

Configuration steps on VORTEX app

1. Open side menu and select My account.
2. Turn on Set up MFA.
3. Enter your VORTEX account password.
4. The MFA configuration dialog with the account name and setup key will be displayed. Enter the account name and setup key into the authentication app on your mobile phone.
5. A 6-digit code will be generated on the authentication app.
6. Enter the code in the MFA configuration dialog box and click Confirm.
