Audit log tracks the activities within the organisation, for example, access to the organisation, viewing logs and user setting management. The log will be accessible to users for up to one year.

Logs will include specific information, such as: timestamp of when the action took place, IP address and location of the user who performed the action and username/e-mail of the user who performed the action.
 

Audit log currently available

User logins

  • User Sign in - User sign in success and fail log, via web or app.
  • User Sign out - User sign out success and fail log, via web or app.

Please note that we do not specify sign in and sign out method if users use single sign on.

System related

  • Device remote support enable/disable
  • Reseller remote access enable/disable
  • Reseller account added 
  • Reseller account deleted
  • Reseller access
  • Audit log viewed
  • Audit log exported
  • Rule snoozed/unsnoozed/updated in message center.

View

  • Live streaming view log
  • Playback view log

User Management

  • User invited
  • User assigned admin role
  • User removed of admin role
  • User access group and privilege modified
  • User deleted

Group

  • Group created
  • Group deleted
