Ensure the following VSS (VAST Security Station) program and port on the VSS server are not blocked by the firewall:

1. stunnel.exe, which locates at C:\Program Files (x86)\VIVOTEK Inc\sTunnel.

2. VSS server's HTTPS port 3443. (If you have changed the port number to a new port number, make sure the new port number is not blocked.)
