Purpose: For remote phone view

If you want to view your device on your phone app, please make sure that your device is connected to the internet successfully.

When your local monitor shows Connected, it means the NVR is connected to the network:

 

If it shows Not connected, it means the NVR is not connected to the network:

Step 1: Please search the app "Sannce Vision" in the Google Play Store or Apple Store and install it on your phone.

Step 2: Register an account. (You can register the account by the phone No. or email address, Here is an example of email registration)

Step 3: Add the device on Sannce Vision

Step 4:Please go back to your local monitor and move your mouse to the Connected character:

Then you can see a QR code and please use your phone app to scan it to add the device on your Sannce Vision APP.

Step 5:After adding it successfully, please select the camera channel options and click start preview to see the live view.
