The messages tab can be a very useful tool for the Property and building manager to send messages to the residents. 

When clicking on New, there are the options to directly send a message or create a template.

1. To create and add a template
2. The title of the message
3. Comment
4. Send options to the monitor and app, only to the indoor monitor, or app only
5. Search and add the user to send the message to
6. Send

New template 

Select 1. to add the template and submit to save.

Now there will be the option to select the template.

When selecting the message, the only thing left is to select the person to send it to.
