The SF-VI131-IPW-MF only supports the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Follow the steps below to successfully connect the door station:

Preparation

  • Make sure you are within 8 to 10 meters of the Wi-Fi router. This helps prevent interference from other 2.4GHz signals or neighboring networks.
  • Connect the door station to a 12 Volt power supply.

Installation via the Safire Smart App

  • Download the Safire Smart app.
  • Follow the instructions in the app to create an account or log in.
  • Connect your smartphone to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
  • Open the Safire Smart app and tap the menu in the top right corner of the app.
  • Tap the three dots in the top right corner and choose "Add Device".
  • Scan the QR code on the back of the door station.
  • Once the device appears, tap "Add" at the bottom.
  • Wait until the LED indicator lights up solid blue, then tap "Next Step".
  • Choose whether or not to allow location access.
  • Enter the Wi-Fi password and tap "Next Step" again.
  • Confirm the connection and wait for it to be established.
  • You may be asked for permission again.
  • The doorbell is now ready for use.
