Adding users in the database in the PC

  1. Open the SmartPSSAC on the PC
  2. Then the Personnel manager

  3. Click on the plus (+ Add) to add a new user
  4. In the first tab Basic Info add the user details
  5. User ID (can not be duplicated), Name and the rest
  6. Options to enter more personal details of the user
  7. The next tab to add a Password, cards and fingerprints

  8. To add a card via the device to read the card 
  9. Select Device or Card issuer when using a USB card reader (we recommend to us the device to read the card)
  10. Select the device from where to read the card (when using are reader (when using a stand-alone model) Select reader number 1
  11. Ok to save the configuration

  12. Then Add card
  13. Set the cursor in the card No field and present the card in front of the reader
  14. Click on OK to add the card number to the user
