AlwaysSafe app error: Connection failed. Please try again

The following errors appear if you already have registered an AlwaysSafe account in the same app.

• Auto detect (left image)
• Manual input (right image)

When you get this error message, this could either be a poor network connection (on the phone) or no internet connection.

To resolve this, make sure that you have a strong internet connection on your phone. Either:

• Reboot the router where your phone is connected
• Try a different network (if on mobile data, try using WiFi or vice versa).
