Transaction from Skype to Microsoft Teams
Important Update: Skype Discontinuation
Starting May 2025, Microsoft will be discontinuing Skype. To ensure seamless communication, we have integrated support@visiotechsecurity.com into our Teams platform, allowing us to receive your messages and calls.

How to add another account in Teams?
If you already have Teams installed, simply add the support email address as a new contact.
If you are using Teams with a different email address than the one you use to communicate with Visiotech, you will need to add the new account to Teams.
Please note, we will stop using Skype at the end of this month (March 2025).
Click on the account,
and select, Add another account.
1. if the account is already displayed than select the account, if not 2. Create or use another account.
