[VORTEX] How to reset MFA for a user?

If a user loses their MFA access by some cases, for example, they change or lose their mobile phone, an owner or administrator can reset their MFA settings. The user will then need to set up MFA again.

 

Here are the configuration steps on VORTEX portal:

1. Navigate to Users and select the user needs their MFA reset
2. Click the more menu icon
3. Select Reset MFA and click confirm
