What is the Face Recognition feature and how does it work?
The Facial Recognition feature in VORTEX allows you to identify individuals based on their facial features. This functionality can be used with Profile Search to create a whitelist and blacklist. When enabled, known individuals can be automatically recognized, while unknown individuals can be added to the profile for further tracking and identification.

Profile Search: The functions can be found on the side menu, it works as a database where you can store and manage profiles of known individuals. How does Face Recognition work with Live View?
When enabled, Facial Recognition in Live View will detect individuals as they pass by the camera. The system will:

How does the Message Center work with Face Recognition events?
The Message Center will display all Face Recognition events.

If the recognized individual is a known person, their name will be displayed.

If the individual is unknown, the system allows you to add them to the Profile for future tracking and recognition. This helps in continuously improving the database for more accurate identification over time.
