Reyee EG Router series - Tunnels Direct access via the cloud

Did you ever need to make an onside service call, just to change something on a device via the web interface, or any other port? 

The Reyee EG Router series have the solution for you.

How does it work?

1. Open the Reyee cloud with your credentials.
2. Make sure that the device is online, and give the device a name so that it would be easier to select the device.
3. Go to Device Config and Select NAT Traversal.
4. Then click on add Tunnel.
5. And select a client.
6. Select the device, and click on OK.
7. Enter the name for the tunnel, and click OK.
8. Now you always have a tunnel ready to connect easily to the client's device.

Connecting to a client's device

This is just as easy.

1. Click on the device to activate the tunnel.
2. From the pop-up, the tunnel can open. 
3. There is also the option to give the access to another operator, just copy the IP address and port number. There you can also see when the tunnel will be closed again.
4. When you are done, you can also close the tunnel manually.
