Safire Smart - basic course - recording playback via Edge internet browser.

Images from the NVR can be viewed via the Internet browser. This is convenient when you want to quickly view images on the NVR from the same network without installing the Safire Smart Software first.

We recommend using the Microsoft Edge internet browser here.

Open the Edge internet browser and enter the IP address of the NVR.

Choose the language and for the username and password.

We recommend taking the Standard quality so as not to overload the network.

And then log in.

1. To view the recordings, click Playback.
2. Select the camera or cameras.
3. Select the date.
4. Click look up.
5. And click play to start playback.

It is also possible to download or save the video to a USB drive of the NVR from the recording view.

First, select the start time and click the left scissors.

By using the scroll wheel of the mouse, you can zoom in to zoom in on the time in detail.

Select the end time and click the right scissors, the section will now become visible for download.

Then click on the backup icon.

To back up locally (saving locally is on the PC from which this action is performed)

Then in the upper right corner, the backup can be saved.
